The TUFFTREK® Pro-Ruggedised 1.4m is the compact two-person model in our Pro-R range – ideal for couples who want a tough, comfortable soft top roof tent without taking up unnecessary roof space.
Built from 320gsm breathable polycotton ripstop canvas, with a 70mm mattress, twin SKYWINDOWS and heavy-duty aluminium tread-plate base, it's made for everything from weekends away to longer overland travel.

Installation
The 1.4m Pro-R requires a minimum of two suitable transverse roof bars or a suitable roof rack, with a recommended minimum 75kg dynamic load rating. Always check both your vehicle roof limit and the rating of the roof-bar or rack system.

How many people does the 1.4m Pro-R sleep?
The 1.4m model is designed as a comfortable two-person roof tent.
Do I need a full roof rack?
No. Suitable load-rated transverse roof bars can be used. Flush-fit bars are not recommended.
Can I add an Annex Room?
Yes. The optional Annex creates an enclosed space beneath the fold-out section of the tent.
Can bedding stay inside?
Light bedding such as sleeping bags and pillows can usually remain inside when the tent is packed away.
