Tuff-Trek® Gift Card – Terms & Conditions (UK)
1. General
1.1. These Terms & Conditions apply to all Tuff-Trek® Gift Cards purchased online only
1.2. By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to these Terms.
2. Gift Card Type
2.1. Tuff-Trek® Gift Cards are issued digitally only
2.2. Each card contains a unique code that can be redeemed during checkout.
3. Validity Period
3.1. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
3.2. Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be cancelled and cannot be refunded.
3.3. The purchase date is shown on the confirmation email.
4. Redemption
4.1. Gift cards can be redeemed only on tuff-trek.com.
4.2. Gift cards cannot be used at third-party retailers, events, or partner stores.
4.3. Gift cards can be used on any available product, including sale or promotional items (unless otherwise stated on a specific promotion).
4.4. If the purchase exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.
4.5. Multiple gift cards may be used in a single transaction.
5. Balance
5.1. If your order total is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will stay on the card until expiry.
5.2. Balances cannot be transferred to another gift card or refunded.
6. Refunds & Returns
6.1. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6.2. If you return an item purchased using a gift card:
6.2.1. The refund will be issued back to the same gift card.
6.2.2. If multiple payment methods were used, refunds will be made proportionally.
6.3. Replacement cards will not be issued for expired, lost, stolen, deleted or damaged gift cards.
7. Fraud & Misuse
7.1. Tuff-Trek® reserves the right to cancel a gift card if it was obtained fraudulently or used in a fraudulent, misleading or abusive manner.
7.2. Gift cards may not be resold or used for unauthorised commercial purposes.
8. Cancellation Rights (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
8.1. If you purchased a gift card online, you have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of the order date, provided the gift card has not been used.
8.2. To cancel, you must contact us at contact@tuff-trek.com
within the 14-day window.
8.3. A refund will be issued to the original payment method once the unused gift card code is verified.
