TUFFTREK® Speedwing Max 270 Wing Awning
The TUFFTREK® Speedwing Max 270 is a premium self-supporting 270° wing awning designed for 4x4s, campervans and overland vehicles. Featuring an innovative double-wing design, it provides almost 13m² of sheltered living space while maintaining a compact 2m packed length.
Built for real overland travel, this 270 wing awning combines waterproof ripstop polycotton canvas, integrated LED lighting and self supporting heavy-duty aluminium construction to deliver exceptional protection from sun, wind and rain wherever your adventures take you.
Built into each of the 3x main arms is an integrated LED light system, complete with a 12v usb plug, giving you light right where you need it most. Every arm also features an upstand (to aid with water runoff) and an integrated drop down leg as well as tie down points in case of windy conditions.
The main body of the awning is composed of our best selling 280g ripstop polycotton canvas, which is highly waterproof and UV resistant. It's finished in a durable and smart dark grey colour. The awning is fitted inside a HD black PVC travel cover which is waterproof and abrasion resistant to keep your new awning looking smart and ready for action.

A 270 degree awning provides significantly more coverage than a traditional pull-out awning while remaining quick to deploy and easy to use. By wrapping around the side and rear of the vehicle, a 270 awning creates a versatile outdoor living space ideal for cooking, relaxing, socialising and sheltering from poor weather.
The SPEEDWING MAX takes this concept even further with its double-wing design, providing coverage around both ends of the vehicle for maximum usable shelter.
Optional Wall Pack (straight or tapered wall options)
If you need extra covered space then our impressive wall pack is ideal for you. Featuring a mix of plain and window walls, with one door wall you can quickly enclose the whole of your awning, thanks to the unique internal 'flank walls' that cover the side and rear of your vehicle, blocking out drafts and ensuring a cosy setup!
The walls have a length of 2m with an added pvc weatherstripping along the base. They velcro securely to the top of the awning then zip to each other and velco to the arm legs.

Speedwing Max 270 vs Traditional Side Awnings
Unlike traditional pull-out awnings that only provide side coverage, the Speedwing Max 270 wraps around the rear of the vehicle to create a far larger sheltered living area. The self-supporting design also reduces setup time and minimises the number of poles required during deployment.

- Yes. In calm conditions the awning can be used self-supporting. In windy or changeable weather we recommend deploying the integrated support legs and guy ropes.
