FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

2. The Competition

2.1 The title of the competition is:
“TUFF-TREK® – Win an Ultralite Roof Tent” (“the Competition”).

2.2 The competition is a free prize draw to win:
1 × TUFF-TREK® Ultralite Roof Tent. Fitted or collected at our workshop in BN27 4EL. Delivery is NOT included in this prize.

2.3 No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.

2.3 TUFF-TREK shall not be responsible for any failure to fulfil obligations where such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

3. Competition Period

3.1 The Competition will run from Tuesaday 17 February 2026 9am to Friday 27 March 2026 8pm (“Closing Date”).

3.2 Entries received after the Closing Date will not be valid.

4. How to Enter

4.1 There are two ways to enter. All valid entries are treated equally and have an equal chance of winning.

a) Website entry

4.2 Entrants may enter by completing the official competition entry form on the TUFF-TREK website and submitting their details.

4.3 Entrants will have the option to opt in to receive marketing communications from TUFF-TREK, but marketing opt-in is not required to enter.

b) Social media entry

4.4 Entrants may enter via any of TUFF-TREK’s official competition posts on social media (including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram) by completing the actions stated in the post, which may include:

• Following the TUFF-TREK account
  
  

• Liking the competition post
  
  

• Commenting on the post
  
  

• Sharing the post
  
  

4.5 Only entries made using TUFF-TREK’s official social media accounts will be valid.

4.6 If the Competition is run across multiple social platforms, each person may only win once, regardless of how many platforms they enter on.

4.7 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or any other social platform.

General Entry Rules

4.8 Only one entry per person is permitted in total, regardless of entry method.

4.9 Automated, bulk, or third-party entries will be disqualified.

4.10 TUFF-TREK reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

5. Eligibility

5.1 The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

5.2 Employees of TUFF-TREK LTD, their family members, or anyone professionally associated with this Competition may not enter.

5.3 TUFF-TREK reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.

6. The Prize

6.1 The prize is:
1 × TUFF-TREK® Ultralite Roof Tent.

6.2 The exact model and size of the Ultralite Roof Tent will be confirmed with the winner to ensure vehicle compatibility and safe fitment.

6.3 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.

6.4 TUFF-TREK reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Winner Selection & Announcement

7.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 14 days of the Closing Date.

7.2 The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at entry or via social media direct message.

7.3 If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, TUFF-TREK reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7.4 The winner’s surname and county may be published on the TUFF-TREK website and/or social media platforms.

8. Delivery / Collection of the Prize

8.1 The prize will either be delivered to the winner or made available for collection, at TUFF-TREK’s discretion.

8.2 Installation and fitting are not included unless expressly stated.

8.3 TUFF-TREK accepts no responsibility for the prize once it has been delivered or collected.

9. Data Protection & Marketing

9.1 If an entrant chooses to opt in to marketing, they agree to receive marketing communications from TUFF-TREK.

9.2 Opting in to marketing is not a condition of entry.

9.3 Entrants who opt in can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

9.4 Personal data will be used only in accordance with TUFF-TREK’s Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

9.5 TUFF-TREK will not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 TUFF-TREK accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical fault, platform failure, or other reasons beyond its reasonable control.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, TUFF-TREK shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from acceptance or use of the prize.

11. General

11.1 TUFF-TREK reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition and these Terms & Conditions where necessary.

11.2 The decision of TUFF-TREK regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding.

11.3 This Competition is governed by English law and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
