2023 ALU-CAB CONTOUR CANOPY
Meet the Alu-Cab Contour Canopy. This new Aluminium Pick Up Truck Canopy has a new stylish look combined with the lightweight strength of the old model.The Contour Canopy has a new design language which adds increased rigidity to the canopy as well as a modern roofline. It comes with a full width rear door and being made almost entirely of aluminum is very durable, as well as UV and corrosion resistant.
Through years of experience in the international market, the Contour canopy has been greatly improved and is now the perfectly optimized canopy variant for all applications, able to withstand all weather conditions around the world – whether in the savannah in Africa, in the snow and ice in Northern Europe or in domestic forests.
There are two different versions – solid side gullwings (no glass window – just 57kg) or with a glass window in the side gullwing (64kg).

The Alu-Cab EXPLORER canopy is formed with aluminium construction, providing the perfect balance between strength and weight, which also makes them extremely resistant to UV rays and corrosion. Despite their lightweight aluminium frame, they are strong enough to carry considerable loads on the roof. The roof is equipped with C-rails, that allow accessories to be easily attached. In addition, the roofs offer enough space for uncomplicated mounting of crossbars and roof racks.
Fitting a canopy is easy in itself! But what should you know before you have a canopy fitted?
Almost all models are fitted using vehicle-specific brackets. These are attached to standard holes on the platform or on the frame, e.g. for lashing strap eyes, retaining or sports brackets. No holes need to be drilled in the vehicle for mounting (exception LC79).
Attachments such as sports bars, ladder racks, or roller blinds must be removed beforehand. When fitting a canopy, it is also possible to fit additional parts such as side compartments or table brackets.
Note: The wiring of brake lights and interior lighting both cost extra, and are charged in addition to the simple canopy installation.
